This game is so messed up that some people cant even get past the start screen and if they do it just freezes up during game play! It has happened to me more times than I can count and honestly it happens to many many people every time they start the game! If you take it back the new disc will do the same, I promise! EA is garbage and there customer service is terrible! EA says that a patch is coming out at the end of this month that will fix every ones freezing issues along with a myriad of other problems with the game. If you can wait for the patch in a couple of weeks it may be worth playing the game. If not take it back where you bought it and let them know that it does not get past the start up screen. You are definitely owed a refund because the game in its present state is garbage! People on every console 360, PS3 are having the same issues as you. Some can play and experience freezing in game play and some cant get past the start up screen. I am going to wait for the patch and if its not fixed EA or Game stop will give me my money back!
