Ways to make money fast!?
Lie. Tell people you are graduating early, and rake in all the graduation cash. Put a pillow under your shirt, tell people you are pregnant, and have a good friend throw you a baby shower - - then return the goods for cash, and use your new phone to call home from jail for committing fraud. If that does not get you enough money, set up a bridal registry, and request gifts before the "wedding." Realize a 14 yr old DOES NOT NEED a bigger, better phone. It was only a short few years ago that NOBODY had a cell phone.

Irish Immigrants..why were they shunned by the citizens of the U.S. a century ago?
If you go back and look at the history of the USA, you will find that there were periods of time when every able-bodied young man who could get enough money for ship fare came to the USA. Especially if he did not want to go into the Army in his own country, or if there was not enough food. Many of these people came into New York and settled in areas where others spoke the same language. In the early years, there were lots of Italians living in an area. They banded together, and some of the stronger ones wanted to keep out any Poles who might have immigrated. So, the Poles formed their own neighborhoods. The Irish came and did the same. The Jews (from many countries) did the same. It became dangerous for an Irishman to walk through the neighborhood of an Italian, because the Italians were suspicious of an outsider. And, as more groups of people came in, there began to be signs, such as, "Jews need not apply". Or, "Dogs and Italians are not allowed in the park." (By the way, the same type sign was in San Diego, CA, during the second world war -- "Dogs and sailors are not allowed") If you go back into the history of the USA and look at the boxing champion records, you will find that there are periods when the Irish were champs at almost every level, and periods when Jews were champs, etc. This is because one way to get out of the ghetto was to become a prize fighter and earn a lot of money. So, the Irish were not picked-on much more than any other group. If you look at New York today, you will probably find that the Cubans, or the Puerto Ricans, or the Mexicans are a huge minority who are "looked-down-on" by those who live in nicer areas. Of course, there are Cubans, Puerto Ricans, and Mexicans who live in nicer areas and who have good jobs, but even they can "look-down-on" a group that is different from their background. You might want to think about differences in our society that have happened during your lifetime. For example, when I was young, divorce was a "bad thing". So, "good people" looked-down-on divorced women. "Good people" looked-down-on babies who did not have a father. Shunned is not quite the same, but try to think about some of the types of people who were "not-as-good-as-you" a few years ago. Now, some of those type people are thought to be just a part of our normal society. Hope this helps you look at the way people look at each other. The strong look at the weak and think of them as "outsiders."

If everyone had enough money to live without working, who would work?
If everyone had enough money to live without working and stop working, then money will become useless since you cannot buy anything. This is why I always say money is a means not an end. What you want are assets.Machines to manufacture goodsLand to grow foodSkills to build buildings, tools, etcBy the way, this situation you mentioned is not without precedent. Look at Spain. When Spain discovered silver in South and Central America, they became so rich beyond anyone's imagination. They ended up spending like crazy buying useless stuff and therefore destroyed their empire in the long run.But if you compare the Spanish empire to the dutch and British empire, you see the bigger difference. The Dutch and British were poor people who grew their own empire bit by bit through investing in themselves. The spirit of building up their assets allowed them to create two of the most wealthy and powerful empires without any sudden wealth creation. So to answer your question,If everyone suddenly became rich, I believe there will be many hardworking people who will continue to build their assets. While others will spend their money to enjoy, these people will use their money to continue building and building up their assets. And ironically many of these people would be those that were originally rich in the first place
