Then - either get a cashier job in a store or "dog" walk for people who are at work or can not get back in time for their dog's walk. You will make enough money in 3 hours, even at minimum wage in a store, or movie theater, to feed your dog for a few months. Dog walking pays more, but you wo not find as many hours as a store offers.
