I dont have a problem with anyone supporting my team leeds united as they bring revenue in to the club i do however think it is a shame that a lot of Irish fans are happy to travel all the way over here but ignore their own domestic clubs , We attended the Shamrock rovers V Cork city match when we were in Dublin a few years back and their must of been less then a thousand in attendance, also my son wanted a shamrock shirt before we went but not one sports shop in Dublin sold them they did however sell all the top English, Scottish and European team shirts, we managed to get him one at the ground eventually

9. Do you think the English Football System should have Reserves teams in lower divisions?

Those countries you mention dont have as many pro clubs as England so need padding out more than we do at present. Plus stadiums for these teams would be needed, places like Arsenal, Man Utd, Newcastle plus others over 35,000 too big for lower league football. Nevermind the groundsman would not be happy, plus you would have to kick however many teams down to the BSP to make way. It also does not address a big issue that when players go on loan to the Championship, sometimes they seem to get used to that level and dont make it back up. In summary it would not be a popular move

i know man... im a great fan of english football (even though im not english!!) and when i say to my friends that the players in the prem dont dive as much as in italy or spain they say ''oh yea? and how about drogba?'' and theres nothing i can answers to shut them down simply because they are right. the guy is a disgrace and he gives prem a bad name

... really? When Man Utd beat Arsenal 8-2, Arsenal 5-3 Chelsea, City 6-1 Utd. Tottenham 4-0 Liverpool, Man Utd 5-0 Bolton, Fulham 6-0 QPR, how was that defending? Last season...Utd 7 - 1 Blackburn, Chelsea 6 - 0 West Brom, Wigan 0 - 6 Chelsea, Newcastle 6 - 0 Villa, Tottenham 9 - 2 Wigan? I lost count how many 6-0 Chelsea has last season, or the season before With the quality RM and Barca have you can understand the scorelines, both teams are incredible, plus RM have not conceded a goal in the CL yet, in 4 games and we know how much Barcelona dominate the ball Oh and this season, in the PL there have been an average of 2.94 goals scored, whereas in La Liga it's 2.52. Even last season the PL was higher so PL defenders let more in! And the quality of football in La Liga is generally much better, La Liga is much more technical, more fluid, ball movement and passes are better Only a select few teams in PL play attractive The fact that you mentioned Liverpool beating RM shows how out of touch you are, both teams have complete new squads, new managers, if you want to talk about recent, RM 5-0 Tottenham, Tottenham 4-0 Liverpool...... what are you talking about? How could you possibly know that? None of these surveys etc can be accurate. Even if both teams have more fans (Liverpool definitely does not) both RM and Barca are bringing in more revenue/profit so their fans are obviously contributing more and will only get more popular Barcelona have a relatively small amount of fans in Spain, as they are Catalan, and recent reports indicate their the most supported team in the world right now, which would mean more fans, outside of their country Arsenal probably have more than Liverpool, if you want to go by shirt sales as an indication Liverpool are way behind the likes of Man Utd, RM, Barca, Arsenal, Bayern, Dortmund etc Now that La Liga is becoming more marketed, you never know what will happen I really do not care which league is better, but the reasons some people put forward are just ridiculous!
