3ã Power feedback function description
The control board integrates the power feedback function, which can prolong the battery life; Specifically, in the process of motor rotation, release the speed regulating switch, and the motor continues to rotate due to inertia. At this time, the motor is equivalent to a generator, and the power generated is fed back to the battery for charging.
Note: because the control board has the power feedback function, the control board can only be used in battery powered products, and the battery terminal cannot be connected with the reverse diode.
4ã Battery level indication description
The battery voltage is indicated in three gears. When the speed regulating switch is pressed, the indicator light turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off.
When the battery voltage is > 22V, the power 3 indicator flashes. This state is overvoltage protection. The motor does not work and returns to the standby state.
22V > when the battery voltage is ⥠18.5v, the three power indicator lights are on;
18.5v > when the battery voltage is ⥠17V, the indicator lights of power 1 and power 2 are always on, and the indicator light of power 3 is off;
17V > when the battery voltage is ⥠15V, the power 1 indicator is always on, and the power 2 and power 3 indicators are off;
When the pool voltage is less than 15V, the power 1 indicator flashes. This state is undervoltage protection. The motor does not work and returns to the standby state. 5ã Battery power protection Description: the battery voltage is not detected in the standby state. The speed regulating switch is pressed to trigger the power circuit and detect the battery voltage. When the battery voltage is lower than 15V, it will return to the standby state, the driving board will not act, and the low-voltage undervoltage protection; When the battery voltage is higher than 22V, it will return to the standby state, the drive board will not act, and overvoltage protection will be provided. 6ã Overtemperature protection description the control board sets the overtemperature protection function of the power tube. When the temperature of the on-board power tube exceeds 80, the power 2 indicator flashes, the motor does not work, and enters the overtemperature protection state. When the temperature of the on-board power tube is lower than 70, the control board releases the temperature protection and can work normally. When the power 2 indicator light flashes rapidly, the motor does not work, indicating that the on-board temperature sensor is faulty (short circuit or open circuit). VII. Overcurrent protection description the control board is set with 20A current limiting function. Under normal operation, the limiting current is less than 20A. When the current exceeds 35A, the motor stops working and enters overcurrent protection. Release the overcurrent protection after releasing the speed regulating switch, and the control board is in normal standby state. 8ã Reverse auto stop selection Description: turn the direction dial of the switch to the reverse direction. Under the power on state, press the key 1 for a long time within 10 seconds to select the reverse auto stop mode, and the reverse auto stop indicator lights up; Each time you press and hold the key, it will be selected in the two modes of releasing the reverse automatic stop and reverse automatic stop. Note: the reverse auto stop function can be set only when the forward and reverse paddle switch is in the reverse position, and it can not be set in the standby mode. Note: when reversing the self-stop mode, the rotation will continue only when the motor torque reaches a certain value. If the torque is less than a certain value (screw loosening), the rotation will stop. When reversing the automatic stop mode, when the product idles, it will stop immediately after turning, which is a normal function. 9ã The function memory description of three speed regulation gears is divided into high, medium and low speed settings. Press the speed regulation switch to indicate the last set gear. Release the speed regulation switch, and then press the key to select the speed regulation gear within 10 seconds. After each press of the key, it will be selected in three modes of high, medium and low, and the corresponding indicator light will be on. Speed of gear 1 (7500 RPM), speed of gear 2 (13000 RPM) and speed of gear 3 (20000 RPM) Note: the above speed tests the speed of the motor body when the battery voltage is 20V. The speed of motors of different models may be different. 10. Description of LED lamp output       When the speed regulation switch is pressed, the LED lamp is on. After releasing the speed regulation switch, there is no operation within 10 seconds, and the LED lamp goes out and enters the standby state.
