Indeed. Large amounts of anything taken at once will harm you, even kill you. That is, everything except weed. But we can just ignore that, right? But yah, vitamins and minerals in large quantities can cause imbalances in your system and make you sick. As can combining moderate doses of certain vitamins/minerals with each other. Just do your research before taking them.

4. Can a toxic narcissist change without treatment?
My experience in life so far is that anyone can change if they put their mind to it. The problem with narcissists though is not that they can not change, but rather whether or not they want to change. The challenge always is to get the narcissist to accept that there is something indeed wrong with them, and this is simply a task that is virtually impossible to achieve. They go through life with a completely different mindset compared to normal people. To them they are always right, and it's the rest of the world that has a problem. So yes, the narcissist can change, but good luck trying to convince them that it is they who have the problem. Keep in mind too that many (indeed most) therapists wo not even accept the challenge to take on a narcissist as a client in the first place. Those who have tried have learned in many cases where the narcissist may have been convinced to participate in therapy, but they are actually there to learn how to gain a more in depth insight to be better and manipulating people (i.e. they use therapy as a means to improve their narcissism to help them hurt even more people).
5. Am I in a controlling / toxic relationship?
if you have to ask that, the question is yes. this is not a healthy relationship at all. the point of being with someone else is to share your life together. not for them to become your whole world. he sounds very insecure in himself and in your relationship. your role is to be an individual but also share your life with someone else. you need to get out. the money, the car, all material things dont matter! If hes breaking things this early picture it when you get married? will he hit you? will he not let you see your friends at all?

7. Toxic levels of baking soda
Baking soda is sodium hydrogencarbonate, $ceNaHCO3$, also known as sodium bicarbonate. The only toxicological data in the GESTIS database on hazardous substances is a LD50 of 4220 mg/kg for the oral uptake by rats. There are no data for dermal uptake. In water, $ceNaHCO3$ is weakly alkaline. I do not know whether it might cause skin irritations, particularly in more sensitive regions, such as armpits.
