4. Which is the best camera for video recording of programmes and to publish on YouTube?
I assume you are starting up a new YouTube channel so you ask.Well as a beginner you do not need to have any fancy gear to record your youtube videos. You can start with your mobile itself, or any camera which can record a video in 1080p 30fps. But here's a catch which I got when I was shooting a fun video with a selfie camera on my Mi Note 3 a couple years back on an overcast morning. Some camera's in low light conditions do not record the videos in 30 fps which is a standard now in mobile video recording. Same thing I encountered with my 5 yr old Panasonic mobile. Both these phone on selfie camera were shooting roughly 15fps videos. So do make sure that the videos that you record are being recorded in 30 fps. Or else you may have to spend a lot of time editing because the audio and video are off sync. You may also have a doubt shooting a 4k video for youtube. So let me tell you that to edit a 4k video you must have a pretty good editing machine and not every person watches YouTube videos in 4k, maximum people watch youtube on their mobile device and watching a 420p is good enough to enjoy. I myself enjoy watching 420p on the laptop as well as on mobile. I hope this solves your doubt. Good luck with your videos.

Define "Best". For low light conditions, Sony HDR-FX1000 or any other camcorder with a lens diameter of 72mm or larger and Imaging chip 3CCD or 3CMOS system that is 1/3" or larger. For infrared recording, Sony HVR-A1 in "NightShot" mode to capture monochrome video under zero visible light conditions. For fast action and slow-motion playback, any GoPro or Contour - these may be best as "pocket cams", too. For loud audio, any camcorder with manual audio gain control. For very low audio, any camcorder with an external mic jack and manual audio gain control so an external mic can be used - and the low audio level can be made higher. Since consumer camcorders can range in price from $80 to about $3,000, and there is such a wide range of video and audio quality issues, please set a budget and tell us what your plans are to capture things to YouTube... then we might be able to provide a little more detail...
