Whats the difference between leading edge and slat?
So when a flap is deployed it is essentially a modification of the main wing. Some aerofoils also have slots which allow airflow between low and high pressure sides of the wing with the intention of either reducing drag or keeping the airflow attached or both

Leading-edge cuff
A leading edge cuff (or wing cuff) is a fixed aerodynamic device employed on fixed-wing aircraft to introduce a sharp discontinuity in the leading edge of the wing in the same way as a dogtooth. It also typically has a slightly drooped leading edge to improve low-speed characteristics

Leading Edge Aviation Services
Leading Edge Aviation Services (now renamed International Aerospace Coatings) is an FAA-certified Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul ("MRO") company based in Costa Mesa, CA. Leading Edge has painted aircraft for airlines such as United, Continental, Delta, Northwest, Air Canada, Virgin America, US Airways, UPS, and The Blue Angels, as well as for the 1997 movie Air Force One. The company is the largest independent painter of commercial and military aircraft with the annual revenue of $150 million in the United States, with facilities in California, Mississippi, Texas, Florida and South Carolina. .

Leading Edge Group Electronics
Leading Edge Group Electronics is a buying group of around 48 former Dick Smith Electronics (DSE) stores. These privately owned resellers changed suppliers in a major move against Australian electronics giant DSE in October 2004 after the resellers were informed that their contracts would not be renewed and in many instances that a DSE company owned store would be opening in the town in competition with them. One of LEEG's major suppliers is Jaycar Electronics, who supply their products to Leading Edge via Electus distribution.

Plotting an osculating circle at the leading edge of a developing Cornu spiral
The code in the answer b3m2a1 linked to was intended for 3D curves, which is why it had a lot of machinery embedded. For plane curves, things are vastly simpler:Thus, here is a Manipulate[] for the clothoid:

What are these diagonal devices above the leading edge of the V-22 Osprey's wing?
The protrusions you are asking about are vortex generators. As to how they work, there is a separate Stack Exchange article on that: How do vortex generators work?(Please note, the linked question/answer does not even MENTION the CV-22, and is thus not a duplicate question to this one.)

Supported leading edge
Supported leading edge kite (SLE) is a type of power kite used mainly for kitesurfing. It refers to a C shaped kite leading edge inflated (LEI) kite where the lines which control the angle of attack (or sheeting) of the kite attach to a bridle via a pulley in a similar way to that of a bow kite. Due to the wider range of angle of attack possible, relative to the wind, this system has vastly improved C kites' ability to depower and has increased the possible wind range.

How can wingtip vortices affect the direction of the relative wind in front of the leading edge?
Please do not believe everything you read. You healthy scepticism is your best defense against the nonsense you might read about wingtip vortices. What causes the flow to increase its angle when approaching the leading edge is the low pressure region above the wing. This is not only the main contributor to the wing's lift, but also the reason for the flow pattern ahead of the wing, in combination with the overpressure region around the stagnation point. Please read this answer and let me know if something is left unclear

Do all A320-family planes have leading edge high lift devices?
Most Airlines have slats, as a matter of fact, even smaller jets have them. Slats have to do with swept wings which allow to fly faster. Manufacturers use this method to delay the onset of relative wind on the upper side becoming supersonic. The trade off for this is (amongst other things)a higher stall speed and a higher angle of attack required at approach speed or close.

Leading edge devices
The leading edge of an aircraft wing may be equipped with one or more devices or extensions for various purposes: Cuffs Deicing boots Flaps, including droop flaps and Krueger flaps Leading edge root extensions (LERX) Slats Slots Stall strips Vortilon vortex generators
