The perfect choice of one-stop service for diversification of architecture.
Benji Rothman, the genial host of the surprisingly brief 35-minute-long variety show, can blame the 30 or so audience members for the uninspiring lineup of entertainers who were unable to supply any sustained comic punch. His hangman sketch was cute but the screening of a 1967 performance video of a 1930s African American gospel group called the Golden Gate Quartet was simply odd.
It might of all been different if the giant chicken giving tango lessons had been chosen over the fast-talking Kijiji salesman trying to sell a box of door handles and a Mickey Mouse candle personalized to Sabrina. The truth teller act was a dud especially when the alternative was a man eating a phone book.
Rothman cautioned reviewers to go easy on his show because he needed ticket revenue to pay for expensive medicine for his sick dog Walter. That might have been considered if the licorice had been black.
