You can cause injury to their windpipe by using a collar. If they are on a harness they are generally more at ease and more relaxed about the whole walk. Also positive reinforcement does wonders. Reversible Collar Company Building

The Reversible Collar Company Building is a historic factory building at 25-27 Mt. Auburn & 10-14 Arrow Streets in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The building has a complex construction history, consisting of several buildings constructed separately between 1862 and 1907, and gradually combined into a single structure. The oldest portions were built by Allen and Farnham, a printing business. The property was sold to the Reversible Collar Company in 1867, which expanded the facility. The company at first manufactured paper shirt collars, but later also produced paper and paper-fabric combinations for use in products like wall charts and maps. The buildings on the site were sold to the Boston Bookbinding Company in 1897. In the late-1960s the building was converted to office and commercial space. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, and included in an expansion of the Harvard Square Historic District in 1988.

Yes, a harness is a must. Even small cats can accidentally strangle themselves with a collar and leash, or slip out of it super easy. You can even use a dog harness on your cat depending on the size and weight of your pet. Cats are safer to control with a harness as well (if they take off and you need to pull them away you can pull on a harness but not really a neck collar).

"Those Damned Blue-Collar Tweekers" is a song by the American rock band Primus. It was released as the third single from their 1991 album Sailing the Seas of Cheese. Unlike its preceding singles "Jerry Was a Race Car Driver" and "Tommy the Cat", "Tweekers" did not feature an accompanying video. The song is about truck drivers and "blue-collar workers" using methamphetamines. I was born in a suburb by the East Bay, a rural, almost redneck environment. I grew up on the blue-collar side of town. My father was a mechanic, both my uncles are mechanics, my grandfather was a mechanic. That song is not derogatory at all. It's very much me. A tweaker is someone who is strung out on methyl amphetamines, otherwise known as crank. There's a reference in there to a guy who hung Sheetrock, and that's how he got through the day.
