shut power to garage door and i think pull up by hand will do if not use a crowbar , or try others remotes like TV/ video and all kind of remote some time it work

Little things can make your obsessions turn into obsessions. You may have been late once,thinking you would set the alarm when you had not . You may have been been talked to about not leaving the lights on having forgotten to turn them off. Locking the door is a safety issue,and you may have left door unlocked once and while nothing bad happened,it could have! Nothing wrong with checking things you've done one time after doing it,but check only once! Trust yourself enough to know it's been done,then leave it alone! On the locked door thing,I always check my doors before going to bed,even though as a habit I lock them behind me. That's simply a security thing and should not be ignored. Do not let it begin to run your life as it will become a problem if you do! You need to trust yourself,that's all! If you remember doing something,let it go and trust yourself as it got done! Get into a routine on all of,then just let it go! If the alarm does not get set,so what. If the lights do not get turned off 1 time,so what. Make the door a habit of being locked after you come in,then leave it until bedtime! Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. If you TRULY do not remember doing something,then check it,and do not do it again! If you begin to obsess,find something else to occupy your mind until it goes away,and it will go away!.
