The perfect choice of one-stop service for diversification of architecture.
If you posted it online and did not have a REASONABLE expectation of privacy (that is, if you posted it in a public place where anyone can access it without taking pains to make your profile private and unsearchable) then you have no legal rights to the subject matter you post on Myspace. If you read their terms of service you will find a clause that says, more or less, what my previous paragraph says. In fact, they DO have a right to "take" or copy a photograph, or even text. Facebook's TOS contains a provision that read something like this: "Any subject matter you post to this site is the property of [fill in the parent company here]." The site itself can do whatever it wants with your information--sell it, even--if you've accepted the TOS. You have to accept the TOS to get an account, in most cases, so you have to read the small print. You may have noticed that Myspace photos are fair game for news stories. That's because they were out in the public sphere.
1. Should we steal our neighbors dog? (Read Description!)?
As much as you want to help this puppy and you still can, if you steal the puppy that's theft and you will get caught and go to jail. The one and only way you can help this puppy, is to call Animal Control, explain the living conditions the puppy is in, tell them what you told us and ask them what you can do if anything, to help the puppy, until they get there to check the situation out and talk to the puppy's owners which hopefully would be soon. It's great that you want to help, too bad there are not more people out there that care enough to help an animal that is being Neglected and Abused. If it's that cold outside, the puppy should only be out and with someone supervising him to go potty and brought right back inside where he belongs nice and safe and warm. Even if it was not cold, puppies should never be left outside alone and unsupervised. He will freeze to death outside. He's obviously cold and scared being alone out there, if he's pawing at the door to get back inside. Call Animal Control and tell them that you are afraid that the puppy will die, if it stays out in the cold any longer and someone does not help it really soon. Once they get out there and check the living conditions and talk to the owner of the puppy, they will take the puppy if they feel it's not being properly taken care of, have the puppy vet checked and take care of it, until they can find the puppy a good, loving home. They will also charge the puppy's owners with abuse and neglect, if they feel the puppy was in an unsafe environment. They also will not tell the owner of the puppy, that you called and reported them. You can do that anonymously and your neighbor will never know it was you that called and reported them. Good Luck, Thanks for caring and I hope that someone does something to get this poor puppy out of this situation before it's too late and he dies. If he's out there alone and it's as cold as you say, he wo not survive out there for long. Why do you even bother answering questions, when none of the answers you give, have anything to do with the question asked. You sure waste a lot of time typing answers that make no sense.
2. Women, do you love guys that steal and wear your underwear?
Wrong. I would think he was a creepy perv who went through my underwear without me knowing and STOLE some! Aaaah! Turn off much?!
3. How can someone else steal your user name verbatum on Yahoo Comments and post as you?
There is no rule that says a user name is unique, anyone can have any name so long as it does not offend. However,if that person is pretending to be you, complain to Yahoo about him impersonating you and send them some samples of what he is doing
4. Is it illegal to "steal" wireless internet from my neighbor if they have no password on it?
Seriously I would not mind someone using my internet if they asked me first - there's no harm in it. BUT it is illegal, Theft Of Services, and they could press charges. There is NO WAY they could find out though! It wo not be on the bill or anything. I seriously doubt that they are gonna actually run programs to see if someone has been using their internet. 99% of people wo not . And.... about the password, are you sure that's the password? You say "duh" like everyone's name is their password. Not the case. But they will know it required a password, because that's the way they set it up. Password or not, it's the same rules. Honestly I mooch off of nearby wireless connections all the time (okay, sometimes) and nothing ever happens - but if they knew - I would be in deep sh1t. Okay now, I understand that you've connected - okay, I get it - so you know the password or whatever - we get that - listen to the rest of what we are saying. *okay I've thought of a way around it if you get caught. Since you are obviously very young, probably under 13 even, you play the INNOCENT card. You say "your internet?! I thought I was using MY internet! My mommy never told me! It just started working, I am sorry! I will stop doing it!" hahaha, it will work!.
