hey bud, how old are you? post that up in the add. info, so everyone elses answer can help more. i dont mean to sound meen, but i hope your not talkin vars. ball. maybe some jv, i cant tell but it sounds like you are younger. if your like fresh. or 8th grade, your a fine weight/ size for end. even in jv, just work the drills hard to, in addition to whats already up. if your young dont make the mistake of goin TOO heavy in the weight room, that will just hurt you more than help. first off dont be afraid to ask coach what he wants you doin to make progress. get 4 cones, even to buy they are way cheap. set em up in squares to work agility, and then use them to practice explosive running in cycles. pretty much just gettn out and doin anything helps, im not sure what you personally need to work on. but ill tell you, i play tight end, and you can never get to good at catchin and runnin strong routes, so get to know your o plays real well, and then just practice practice practice man. best o luck, have fun. go talk to coach.
