2009â10 Coupe de France qualifying rounds
The 2009-10 Coupe de France is the 93rd season of the French most prestigious cup competition, organized by the French Football Federation, and is open to all clubs in French football, as well as clubs from the overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, and Runion). All of the teams that enter the competition, but were not members of Ligue 1 or Ligue 2, have to compete in the regional qualifying rounds. The regional qualifying rounds determine the number of regional clubs that will earn spots in the 7th round and normally lasts six rounds. The Coupe de France fminine (French pronunciation: [kup d fs], Women's French Cup) is a cup competition, exclusively for French women's football clubs. The competition is open to all professional and non-professional women's teams in France. The inaugural edition of the competition was held in 2001. The final match of the competition is normally held at the Stade de France, however other venues may be used. The defending champions are Lyon, who defeated Paris Saint-Germain on 9 August 2020. From the 2011-12 season onwards, the competition is played under the name Coupe de France fminine after previously being played under the name Challenge de France. .

The 2014 Coupe de France Final decided the winner of the 2013-14 Coupe de France, the 97th season of France's premier football cup. It was played on 3 May at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, Paris. In the final, Guingamp beat Rennes 2-0 in a Derby Breton to win their second Coupe de France title. By winning, they qualified for the Group Stage of the 2014-15 UEFA Europa League, and the 2014 Trophe des Champions against the 2013-14 Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain.

2020â21 Coupe de France Preliminary Rounds, Overseas departments and territories
The 2020-21 Coupe de France Preliminary Rounds, Overseas departments and territories make up the qualifying competition to decide which teams from the French Overseas Departments and Territories take part in the main competition from the seventh round. The six (or more, if required) preliminary rounds are organised by the 6 Regional leagues of the overseas departments and territories. They take place between February and October 2020. In 2019-20 JS Saint-Pierroise from Runion survived longest in the competition, beating Ligue 2 Niort in the ninth round, before eventually losing to pinal in the round of 32, equalling the record for an overseas team's progression in the competition.
