Why Don't They Have Rollercoaster Rides Similar to Aircraft Carrier Takeoffs?

The county truthful. there became this tiny dragon element that went in a circle some circumstances and there became one "hill" I went back to it some years in the past and the optimal area of that hill became suitable above my head. I screamed on the turns and placed my palms interior the air on the hill. i think of i became approximately 4 or 5 years previous.

1. Are the general locations of all the US carrier strike groups publicly disclosed?

Yes, you can look up the general areas of operations for all the naval fleets. By following the news you can ascertain the general location of a fleet at any given time. Knowing the location of our fleets wo not help you figure out how close we are to the big one. For instance, the fleet which responded to the Japanese earthquakes was in the news and the fleet which was used to fly missions into Libya was publicized. That does not tell you anything other than which fleet is responsible for those areas. It's like telling you the 5th Marines are at Camp Leatherneck, we know Marines are at Camp Leatherneck, knowing which ones does not add anything. BoatsBM1 tells you we have two carriers in the 5th fleet area. Of course we have two carriers in the 5th fleet area, it is based in Bahrain, the Indian Ocean where we are supprting what is going on in Iraq, Afghanistan, and defending against pirates. It does not tell you anything you do not already know.

3. how much will a adult bicycle, bike carrier, and the lock cost in total?

You could buy a bike at a garage sale for $40, $20 for the lock. Put the bike inside the car. Used carriers are not that common. Or you could leave the car home and ride all the way.

4. I need a baby carrier for my 28 lb 2 yr old?

Comfy Baby Sling Carrier may fit your need. Read below info before going to purchase so you do not have to waste your time

5. Would an aircraft carrier be obsolete or useful if a major world war started today?

A carrier would be very valuable. The neat thing about a carrier is it is a great way to get an 'airfield' closer to the target. Face it, if your nearest land base is say, 2000 miles to the target area, it will cost a lot of time and fuel to get weapons onto that target. Once I get a carrier in the area, or like we did in Vietnam, get three of them in the area, we can drop bombs on the targets 24/7. It was really only an hour and a half trip to the target areas, all day long. Each carrier in the Tonkin Gulf could launch and recover 10-12 bombing events a day. To do that from a South Vietnam air base, we would first have to build the base. It's a LOT faster and cheaper to move the carrier over there than it is to build a base and get it operational

6. brand new baby carrier.. get new smell out...?

try washing it on the gentle cycle then line dry or just put it in the dryer with one of those moist dryer sheets on low heat

7. Was England the biggest aircraft carrier ever, so essential to the Allied victory?

-this anwer is actually a reaction to another but I think it works well enough (it Ai not hostile to the reader just a 5yr old who does not quite grasp WW2 yet)A nation that fought in every theatre stood along against the axis and crushed the Italian and German navies. A nation that beat back Japans imperial advances winning major battles in the Burma campaign. A nation that build over half of the tanks that were fielded in the battle of Moscow and continued to supply the Soviet Union through its darkest days with the North Sea convoys. Britain was pivotal to the war not many know that 1/3 of all of the navalforces at the battle of okinawa were British. Name a front the British empire did not fight on YOU CANT! Britain beat back the axis in all theatres and waged a war against the greatest threat to democracy and socialism Alone! Without the Royal Navy the arctic would have been ruled by U-boats. No American support could ever reach Europe. All landing craft and 4/6 of the troops on D-day were Commonwealth and whilst us forces swung south British rank divisions met German tank divisions head in in northern France. How dare you make the disgraceful and unsubstantiated claims you did how about you read this then reconsider.List of theaters and campaigns of World War II - WikipediaDo not forget the most powerful nation in the world right up to 1942 was not the US or the Soviet Union but The British Empire in a time where it ruled the seas and the skies.

The imt-2020 (5g) promotion group released the white paper 5g optical module, which described the application scenario and development status of 5g optical module, the technical scheme of key optical modules for forward transmission and middle transmission, the analysis of the industrialization level of optical module and core photoelectric chip, the evaluation of the industrialization capacity of optical module, and the development suggestions of technology industry, To accelerate the healthy and orderly development of 5g bearing optical module industry and strongly support the upcoming large-scale deployment of 5g.The industry has carried out extensive research on optical modules suitable for 5g carrying different application scenarios. At present, there are a variety of technical schemes and product specifications. Too many schemes and specifications are likely to lead to market fragmentation and waste of resources such as upstream and downstream R & D, manufacturing, operation and maintenance. The technical scheme of 5g bearing optical module needs to focus on convergence. According to the application scenario, technology maturity, cost and other factors, the white paper focuses on key forward optical modules such as 25gb / s dual fiber bidirectional, 25gb / s single fiber bidirectional, 25gb / s wavelength tunable, 100GB / s and 200GB / s single fiber bidirectional, as well as 25gb / s dual fiber bidirectional, 50GB / s single fiber bidirectional / dual fiber bidirectional, 100GB / S 400gb / s gray light The technical schemes of key optical modules in coherent and incoherent 50GB / s and 100GB / s color light are analyzed and comprehensively evaluated. At present, the 25gb / s wavelength tunable optical module for 5g front transmission is in the research stage, the 25gb / s bidi optical module is in the sample stage, and other types of 25gb / s optical modules are in the mature stage. The 100GB / s bidi optical module, 200GB / s bidi optical module and 100GB / s 4wdm optical module with higher rate for front transmission are basically mature or mature. The 50GB / s pam4 bidi 40km optical module and 400gb / s direct harmonic coherent optical module for 5g medium return are currently in the research stage, and other types of optical modules have been basically mature. At present, domestic manufacturers can provide most products at the optical module level, and their R & D level is also close to that of foreign leading enterprises. However, the core photoelectric chips with 25G baud rate and above are still in the research, sample or blank stage. The innovation and development needs the pull of downstream equipment manufacturers and the improvement of industrial ecology.
Carrier Bags Are the Best Way to Protect and Organize Your Luggage
There is currently no opt-out for the carrier approval processes, and the only way to get direct updates is to re-flash your device with country-variant firmware. This functionality was widely rumoured (and Microsoft even alluded to it) but it did not make the cut. HomePlug AV only uses 917 of 1155 sub-carriers so each sub-band is like an audio FM channel that is equalized flat in that band with 4, 8 or 16 bps/Hz or so in each sub-carrier. The beauty of DSP power is to FFT and equalize so each small sub-band has a flat response. The latest standard supports 200 Mbps over home power lines. ADSL and cable modems use a similar ODFM method, but much larger sub-bands.So it's just a fancy RF Modem6. Can sailors feel a jet landing on an aircraft carrier? If you are on the O-3 level, the deck directly underneath the flight deck, you can definitely feel and hear it. Spaces underneath the Landing Area (LA) get very loud, to the point that some sailors working there need hearing protection. The spaces shake when a plane's on one of the catapults and goes to full power. The O-3 is also where most of the Air Wing's living and working spaces are, on the presumption that if flight ops are going on, they are all up and about14. Which baby carrier is your favorite?I particularly have heard stable issues approximately the two the maya wrap and the bjorn provider. I want my ring sling, it is versatile and straight forward to apply, plus that's a delicate fabrics that is not get us all warm and sweaty because of the fact we live in FL. My daughter is 11 months previous and it nonetheless works basically nice for us. in the process the less warm months I favourite to apply my own hand-crafted wrap out of basically a dash jersey cotton that measured 5 yards long and that i decrease right into a strip approximately 20" extensive. it is likewise very versatile, and does not placed extremely some rigidity on your shoulders, even nevertheless it is basically too heat for the summer season right here in FL. i could say the two of those is stable from delivery and up.
Why Does the Carrier Wave Amplitude Have to Be Largest in Amplitude Modulation
Strictly speaking it does not . However if it is not then demodulation gets much trickier and some would argue that the modulation is no longer purely amplitude modulation.Lets consider an equation for an AM carrier modulated with a single sinewave. Lets consider that we perform the modulation by multiplication. $$Y = (asin(omega_st)b)sin(omega_ct)$$Where $omega_s$ is the angular frequency of our signal and $omega_c$ is the angular frequency of our carrier. Now lets bash that equation around a bit to find the frequency components of our AM signal.$$Y = asin(omega_st)sin(omega_ct)bsin(omega_ct)$$$$Y = frac12a(cos(omega_st-omega_ct)-cos(omega_stomega_ct))bsin(omega_ct)$$So our modulated signal consists of three frequencies, a carrier with an amplitude of $b$ and two sidebands eavh with an amplitude of $frac12a$. So our attention turns to what the values of a and b should be. If $a leqslant b$ then we are modulating the amplitude of the carrier. At the high peak of the signal the amplitude of the carrier will be ba while at the low peak of the signal the amplitude of the carrier will be b-a. But if $a gt b$ then $asin(omega_st)b$ will drop below zero for part of the signal cycle. The amplitude of a signal cannot drop below zero, so with our multiplier based modulator what instead happens is the phase reverses. We will call this an over-modulated signal. It takes quite an advanced modulator to actually implement this reversal properly, simpler modulators may instead saturate destroying information. Ok so now we want to demodulate the signal, how do we do that? Turns out there are basically two methods. The first is envelope detection. Basically we rectify the signal and look for the peaks. The key observation with this type of demodulation is it does not care about the frequency or phase of the signal only it's amplitude. In other words the result of demodulation is roughly.$$D = |asin(omega_st)b|$$If $a leqslant b$, we have our signal with a DC offset, but if $a > b$ then parts of our signal will be inverted. So we cannot use envelope detection to correctly demodulate an over-modulated signal. The other method is coherent demodulation. In this demodulation technique we multiply the signal by the carrier again. Then filter off the high frequency components.$$D_mathrmuf = (asin(omega_st)b)sin(omega_ct)sin(omega_ct)$$$$D_mathrmuf = (asin(omega_st)b)frac1 - cos(2omega_ct) 2$$$$D = (asin(omega_st)b)frac12$$So coherent demodulation can demodulate an over-modulated signal. However in practice coherent demodulation is much harder to implement than envelope detection, because the frequency and phase of the carrier used for demodulation must match up with that used for modulation. Since the demodulator does not generally have an exact copy of the carrier used for modulation it must implement a system to estimate it1. Pet carrier measurement and should they share or each have their own?Airline-style crates are a great investment! Each puppy should have their own, and you should be able to "guestimate" base on their breed(s) the sizes that they will need. I would guess that both would do great in a Vari-Kennel "medium" or equivalent, though the Beagle may do well in one size smaller ("small"). What we've done with all of our dogs - for their safety and our peace of mind - is to make the crate like their bedroom and a normal part of the routine. Our three dogs all sleep in their crates at night, are crated when they must be left alone, and are fed in their crates (except for the one whose health condition requires an elevated dish). When we travel or attend a dog show or other event, we take their "bedroom" with us which allows us to keep them safe and happy in the car, ringside, and in a hotel room if we need to step out. Each of our dogs has a thrift-store purchased washable blanket in their kennel that is laundered when needed, and we clean the plastic crate by hosing it down (if it's really bad) or wiping it down with a mild cleaner or a damp cloth. The crates are placed next to each other so the dogs can hear, smell, and (through the side vents) see each other - this keeps the rescue dog's separation anxiety at a minimum and makes "crating up" and getting everyone up in the morning really easy. Because they eat in their kennels, their own space, the other dogs and the cats do not pester the slow eater. Good luck with your new pups! Thanks for doing your research and for choosing rescue!2. Why is it so hard to build an aircraft carrier?have you ever even seen one in real life? they are pretty damn big, so of course they cost a lot of money to build, operate, and maintain and you can not just snap them together in half an hour like a lego set or something3. How Does An Aircraft Carrier Float? It floats because the volume of water it displaces is equal to its weight. So if you go to the Plimsoll line or load line, then if the volume inside the ship around and below that line is equal to the weight of water of that volume, it will equal the weight of the ship. At around 62.4 pounds per cubic foot that will translate to the volume if you use 62. 4 pounds converted to tons and it will give you cubic feet of displacement
Why Is There Going to Be a Carrier Named USS Gerald Ford and Not a USS Franklin Roosevelt?
As mentioned by Wraeth and Yak Rider, there already was one CV named after FDR. It's also worth noting that there is already a ship in commission named after him (and Eleanor. Probably Fala too), as well: USS ROOSEVELT (DDG-80)1. How long did you use your childs infant carrier?Im in the same boat. My daughter is a little over 15 lbs and her legs stick out of the carrier. I am thinking about switching now, especially since it is nice out and can carry her myself2. What size rabbit cage and carrier should I get ? What type of carrier?A rabbit carrier should be one you can lift the rabbit out from above. They do not like being pulled out of something as it seems to them that they are being pulled from the home or hole in the ground like they would be in in the wild. So of the ones' you asked about 2 and 3 are the best choices as she can be lifted out. But rabbits are better off in a carrier that will keep them from sitting in their own urine and feces. Ones with wire bottoms are much better. If she is a medium breed of rabbit she can live in a cage that is 30 inches by 30 inches and 18 inches tall. Of course bigger is always better as it gives them room to run around and keep active. Good carriers and cages can be found on these 2 sites. These are the cages and carriers that professional rabbit breeders use. Check out Bass Supplies and Klubertanz Cages.3. How come I cant switch sim cards with the same carrier?specific it is going to artwork impressive.4. Did you/do you use a baby sling/carrier? ?you think too much! :] Sit down and enjoy her! Let the dishes pile up and the dust bunnies roam! I have a 10 yr old daughter and an 8 yr old son and a 10 week old baby girl. My husband and I tag team eating dinner usually and get done what we have to but know this is goes by too quickly! She will only be 1mo old once, 7wks old once, 88 days old once so celebrate her every day! If you want to use it everyday all day it will be ok because she wants her mommy! Take lots of naps and pictures and follow your instincts and you will be happy! Enjoy!5. Conflicting statements are being provided, can China easily sink a carrier?Well..it is a tricky question. Because sinking an aircraft carrier is not an easy task. Thats for sure. But that does not mean they wont be able to do it. It is a big concept bu let me vive you a very small answer. Sinking an aircraft carrier is not an easy task. Because it is not just the carrier. You are dealing with a full scale CBG (carrier battle group) consisting of destroyers, frigates, submarines and various other escort ships. All of this is to protect the carrier from an external attack. And do not forget the aircrafts used in the carrier. It will give the carrier an ability to maintain a safe striking distance. All of this will give a protective layer for the carrier. And morover sinking an aircraft carrier is an big big task. Because even if the enemy managed to strike the carrier couple of times most of the carriers in the world can survive the damage. It can still stay afloat in the ocean with considerableamount of damage. So do not expect to see movie and game scenes like an aircraft carrier breaking apart from the middle and sinking like titanic. It is not that simple. It will need a very advanced anti-ship missille(most probably an supersonic missile) or an medium range anti ship ballistic missile. That is why China is recently investing on the anti ship ballistic missile development. And still it will be very hard task for the enemy to penatrate all the defensive layers. But making an aircraft carrier out of duty is pretty much easier than sinking the ship. Because if some weapons used managed to penatrate the defences and hit an important part it will make the carrier out of working. Like hitting the catapults or the ship bridge. So sinking an aircraft carrier is a very tough task. Even with high end weaponary.THANK YOU
Will Freight Brokers Be Driven Out of the Market?
The Internet has killed or diminished the crucial role of intermediaries in several industries including real estate, travel, taxi, and insurance. Similarly, freight shippers at some point or another have been advised to skip the middleman and save costs by eliminating the freight brokerage costs. Skipping the middlemen is not a new idea, and is not invented by the internet era. However, technology has made it easier and more practical to experiment with the idea of eliminating freight brokers to varying degree of success for shippers. Several (way too many to count) emerging companies are aiming to help shippers do just that. The influence from these companies can trim or potentially eliminate the share of the market available for freight brokers. One thing seems inevitable, numbered are the days of inefficient, non-transparent and fax-me-everything freight brokerage firms.Technology has made it easier and more practical to experiment with the idea of eliminating freight brokers to varying degree of success for shippers. So, can freight brokers be driven out of the market? Will they be potentially forced to specialize and be cornered in a smaller section of the logistics chain? Probably. By addressing the new challenges and embracing the new opportunities, freight brokers can adapt and play a more significant role in the market. The success of freight brokers may depend on how well they embrace technology and drive great value to both the shipper and carriers. The Internet has killed or diminished the crucial role of intermediaries in several industries including real estate, travel, taxi, and insurance. Track and Trace ShipmentsThe practice of manual "check calls" to drivers is time-consuming, and considering the number of available tools, mostly unnecessary. The implementation of GPS track and trace tools eliminates or reduces. By providing seamless visibility to all shipments, it makes it easier to drive efficiency, cut costs and manage service disruptions. The Ally TMS track and trace is included in all packages for free and currently restricted to early access users. Automated access to ELDs is also available in that program. The practice of manual "check calls" to drivers is time-consuming, and considering the number of available tools, mostly unnecessary. By keeping the shipper and carrier in the loop in the building and changes of a load, you gain an additional level of credibility. Providing on-demand information to your carrier and shippers is becoming vital. More and more tech-savvy individuals are hired by manufacturers and other shippers, making some software tools a requirement in dealing with them. Automating Repetitive TasksSeveral repetitive tasks are better handled or helped by software tools. Fetching for the right motor carriers, tracking and tracing shipments, document management, linking to load boards, payouts, communicating updates on loads and so forth. Access to data and information can help with making the best possible decisions. Provide instant ratesEvery broker has a way of making rate decisions, usually by a combination of historical data, the supply of trucks in origin, challenges in getting to the destination, season, and so forth. The decision making process once defined can be automated by software tools — making you significantly more competitive. Ally's automation tool is in 'early access user' program, can be enabled by reaching out to the customer support. Going the extra mileProviding value-added services by taking more responsibilities from the shipper is another significant way brokers can stay relevant to the market. Integrating with and supporting global air and ocean carriers, freight brokers can play a vital role in the supply chain of transporting goods from manufacturers to the retail shelf. Providing more value along with embracing the sharing marketplace tools and benefits, brokers can form a viable alternative to the shippers. They have amazing coverage throughout the US and have reliable service. Once the program is offered by Market America distributors, Cingular customers can switch their service over without penalty and will no longer have to have a contract, as all services are month to month. Fees will be lower and very competitive, too. Market America only partners with the best after exhaustive research, so I believe that Cingular must be the best. I can not wait for the launch.
What Do U Do When U Go 2 the Store W/ More Than 1 Young Child & U Cant Fit Them All in 1 Shopping Ca

If your dog is in a carrier bag, can you take into public places? If the store has a sign that says no pets, it means no pets- even dogs in purses. Do not carry the dog around with you, it will be miserable stuck in a purse all the time.2. What is the meaning of "Full-Service Carrier" in airline terminology?Short-haul journeys can often be made on two types of airlines: full service carriers or low-cost carriers. The full service carriers, such asBritish Airways provide a reliable, professional and comfortable service with staff that do actually care about their customers. Low-cost carriers, on the other hand, sacrifice much of this in order to provide you with a cheaper flight. Is it worth paying for the extra service?Yes! Full Service is better! If things go wrong (delays, lost baggage etc), there is a customer service department that will generally help and compensate you for inconvenience. No frills airlines offer very limited customer services involving either expensive phone lines or impersonal e-mails (if you are lucky enough to get a response). If a flight gets cancelled, full service airlines can use their alliance partners to help get passengers home. For example, passengers on a cancelled BA flight from New York can be re-booked onto an American Airlines flight to get home sooner than the next BA flight. Low-cost carriers do not have partner airlines to do this, if they cancel a flight you could be stranded for days - this DOES happen!Your low cost flight quickly becomes more expensive when adding on all of the hidden extras such as checked-in baggage charges, in-flight entertainment, food and drink. See our tips below on how to make sure you get the cheapest price for your flights. No frills carriers often use airports with cheaper fees that are further from the city centre. The extra time and cost to get into the city may not be worth the money saved on the flight. Do not be fooled by airport names, make sure you know exactly where you are flying to!Low cost flights are so cheap partly because the airline pays less for airport landing slots that are at unsociable hours (early morning or late evening). Full service carriers generally operate more frequent flights throughout the day, so you can choose the time that suits you best. No! Low Cost is better! Some European flights are so short that sacrificing comfort, in-flight entertainment and food is simply not a big deal.No frills airlines do sometimes use the same airport as the full service carriers - check this by looking for the exact name of the airport or 3-letter IATA airport code. For example, both BA and Easyjet fly to Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD).Low-cost carriers operate the same types of aircraft as the full service carriers and are subject to the same strict rules on maintenance - safety is certainly not sacrificed.Major problems such as cancellations are infrequent enough that for cost-conscious leisure travellers it's probably worth the small risk of being stranded for a much cheaper flight. You should always have travel insurance anyway, that should cover you for the costs of getting home or at least compensate you in the event of a cancelled flight - check your policy.Comparing the CostsOf course, choosing between full service and low cost carriers is likely to come down to the complete package of quality, service, and price. It's a trade-off, for example: 'shall I fly Easyjet to Madrid or pay an extra twenty quid to go BA?' - how much the extra service and quality is worth is up to you. But first, make sure you are comparing like with like. Low cost carriers have a habit of sneaking up on you with hidden extra charges that you probably did not consider when choosing which flight to book. Here is a list of things that low cost carriers charge for:Paying for your flight - ridiculous as it seems, Ryanair only offer one free payment method, the obscure prepaid MastercardChecking in - you have to check in, right? Right. And Ryanair charge you for the pleasure. Checked-in baggage - low cost carriers charge for checking in hold bags, which increases with weightBoarding first - pay to avoid the scrum for seats, which contrasts with the civilised pre-allocated seating on full service carriersFood and drink - onboard prices can be astronomical so either bring your own or choose to fly full serviceIn-flight entertainment - some airlines offer paid-for films and TV; on longer flights this is an important considerationOn board amenities - pillows, headphones etc, and Ryanair are even planning to charge for using the toilet! To illustrate the cost comparison, BA has an insightful value calculator that shows how extra costs can rack up.In conclusion, flying with full service carriers is worth paying extra to an extent, but by how much depends on circumstances and personal preferences. Consider the issues raised above when deciding how much extra you are willing to pay to go with the likes of BA instead of Easyjet & co, and try to weigh up all of the costs involved - that low cost carrier fare is always missing an extra charge or two. ..or tWhat is the meaning of "Full-Service Carrier" in airline terminology?3. Would it be possible to buy a decommissioned aircraft carrier and convert it into a house?Do you realize how HUGE an aircraft carrier is?Let's start with the USS Enterprise (it's "available"). It's over 1,000 long and 132 at the water line and 257 wide at its widest.I can not find quickly the size of its hanger deck, but it's a majority of that size. So you could easily have a dining room that's close to 1000 long and 200 wide. So, I do not think there's much need to remove sections. The hanger deck itself should be big enough. That said, no one is selling let alone moving something that big inland
Problems of Phased Array Ground Penetrating Radar Detection System
Although GPR has been widely used in hydrology, engineering, environment and other fields, many basic theoretical and technical problems have not been fundamentally solved, so the real advantages of GPR have not been brought into full play. The main problems existing in GPR technology include:1) The detection depth is shallow, and the contradiction between detection depth and resolution cannot be overcome. Increasing detection depth means sacrificing detection resolution;2) Multiple spread and other clutter jamming are serious, and there has been no good elimination method, which exists in radars at home and abroad;3) The influence of medium unevenness is great and can not be eliminated, resulting in difficulty in obtaining necessary velocity data;4) The data collection method of single sending and single receiving can provide limited information for post-processing and interpretation. The above problems are fatal defects for GPR. Although many geophysicists, electromagnetic experts and geophysical workers have done a lot of research and improvement on radar antenna design, signal processing and underground target imaging, these works are only partial modifications to the existing GPR system. In order to develop GPR technology, we must update our ideas and solve the problems from the fundamental principle. In view of this situation, experts proposed to develop a new GPR system - phased array GPR detection system in 1999.The basic research idea is to replace the current monopole radar antenna with the phased array radar antenna by using the relatively mature military phased array radar technology. Its purpose is to gather the electromagnetic wave into a narrow beam to transmit underground (or detection object) through the phased array technology, and receive the radar echo signal reflected by the target by using the multi-channel acquisition technology, The advanced data processing is carried out, and finally the three-dimensional image of the internal structure of the detection object is given.Development prospect of ground penetrating radar technologyIt is worth noting that at present, similar products have appeared in the market, such as RIS antenna array series of a company, but these products simply combine multiple monopole antennas into array antennas, which is essentially different from the idea of phased array ground penetrating radar.Because the phased array radar converges the electromagnetic wave into a narrow beam by controlling the phase delay of each channel, the energy is concentrated and the wave front diffusion is small. Therefore, the detection depth of the phased array radar is much larger under the condition of the same frequency and transmission power; On the contrary, under the same detection depth, phased array radar can improve the transmission power, so its resolution is much higher than the existing radar. In addition, since the spherical wave transmission is changed to beam transmission, the influence of medium heterogeneity is much smaller.Secondly, the phased array radar works in a continuous scanning mode and can scan in multiple directions. Therefore, the amount of information is much larger than that of the existing ground penetrating radar. For some special detection work, such as the quality detection of embankment cut-off wall, its role is unmatched by the existing ground penetrating radar (monopole antenna radar can not detect the joints, forks and other defects of embankment cut-off wall at all).Because phased array radar is a multi-channel received signal, multi-channel superposition can be carried out, just like the multiple coverage technology of reflection seismic exploration. Therefore, multiple interference can be greatly eliminated, which is difficult for existing radars. The antenna of high frequency (600mhz-1ghz) phased array ground penetrating radar can be made smaller, and its advantages are unmatched by the existing ground penetrating radar in shallow detection. At present, the system prototype has been completed. The carrier free pulse working system with center frequency of 900MHz is adopted, and the transmitting and receiving antennas are separated. 16 (4 × 4) Transmit channel forming, beam aggregation and scanning 16 (4) × 4) The channel receives the echo, and the optional scanning angles are - 36 °, - 24 °, - 12 °, 0 °, 12 °, 24 ° and 36 °.The software part of the system has rich data processing functions. The main conventional processing includes filtering, gain adjustment, static and dynamic correction, deconvolution, complex signal analysis, time-frequency analysis, etc., and multi-channel data processing, such as velocity analysis, superposition technology, coherence analysis technology, array signal processing, etc. And weak signal extraction, target automatic recognition and inversion interpretation under various clutter interference. A large number of field experiments on concrete detection in Yichang Three Gorges dam are carried out. The experimental results show that the spotlight scanning function of phased array radar has been realized, the penetration depth is greater than 1.5m and the resolution is higher than that of ordinary radar.Editing: hfy
Suggestions for Journaling, Bullet Notes, Activity, Wiki Like Application
So I am thinking of a possible answer to my own question:Build my own journal note entry app linked to a wiki.Zim Wiki uses a file based system for wiki. Maybe I could write app to export/sync entries in its files. Or WikkaWikki uses a MySQL (which is probably what I would use for journal entries anyway) so perhaps use same DB for Wiki and journal, with Journal app "doing right thing" to enter/sync Entries in wiki.Does this seem like a good approach?Or maybe I can customize a wiki with existing plugins - "All" I really need is good journaling / date feature, time tracking, checklist, and tags. Perhaps there already are plugins for this? Please comment if you have feedback on this idea.1. Circular tag wiki excerptsTag excerpts should at least try and give a concise definition as to the subject, and provided any usage guidance if necessary. Therefore, you need to make sure to address a set of key points:In general, excerpts should provide at least some guidance, even if it may appear to be ridiculously basic. Therefore, interpretation of the rejection reason is critical:That's like saying, [abs]: For questions about [abs] filaments. That should probably be rejected. This is better: [abs]: For questions about [abs] filaments - filaments that are used with blah blah printers, and are not toxic for use.Or even better: [abs]: For questions about [abs] filaments - filaments that are used with blah blah printers, and are not toxic for use. Not to be confused with [pla] filaments. Do not use this tag if your question does not concern this filament specifically. Obviously, I have no idea if abs is even a thing. Anyways, I hope this helps :)2. Why is this answer a community wiki?Apparently the answer under scrutiny was made CW because it drew on an answer from another Stack site, and the answerer wanted to share it without being associated with it for good or for ill.But community wiki is not a tool for reputation denial (or for dodging the repercussions of questionable-quality answers) and practically speaking I see no difference between quoting a different Stack and quoting a blog or a book. We would never expect someone to eschew rep for quoting a blog or a book. The answerer went to the trouble of tracking down the information and sharing it; why should not rep gains should reflect that? The moderation team is under no obligation to revert the CW in this case, nor are they obligated to leave it be, but I would lean toward reverting it myself, for reasons which follow. We've talked about posting answers from other sites, and it's pretty clear this is not cheese.Community wiki used to be massively overused. Changes to the editing system rendered its original purpose largely moot, and there's now a lot of confusion about CW's role in the Stack mechanics. These days there are three basic reasons to use CW:I do not see this particular answer needing CW to make it "easier to edit and maintain by a wider group of users," so I do not see any reason for it to be a community wiki. Community wiki is a tool with a specific set of uses, and CW rollbacks are left to mod discretion. One of the responsibilities of our moderators is to help the community use the right tools for the job at hand.As for the answer itself--it's not very good by lit.se standards, because it was written for a different site with different priorities. And the question itself is under a tag whose implementation is still being debated, so quality there is... in flux, I suppose we could say. We need to bring in our own expertise and tailor the answer to meet the expectations of our own Stack.3. Need to Change Edit Approval Limits for Tag Wiki EditorsI just upped it from 3 to 5. Hopefully this alleviates the issue a bit. If we still notice a pattern of users being blocked we can look at adjusting further4. Difference between Wiki Library and Document LibraryYes there is difference, Below might be helpful to understand.Document library can contains documents, it can be any document like office documetnts doc, xls, ppt, js, css, jpg, png etc...any file extension you can think of. Main purpose of document library is to store documents. wiki library is a kind of document library which contains wiki pages, Wiki pages are html pages with rich text editing capabilities so that users can create pages using Rich Text Editor without knowing html in detail. So when wiki library template is selected it comes with some default columns created based on content type, this columns are useful to create wiki page. Making changes and edits in a wiki page is incredibly easy. Just click on the edit button (at the top of the page) and immediately the page appears as an editor's version of the page. You can then make edits straight away and simply hit save. The page will instantly be up and running with your changes in place.
How Many NCAA Football Bowls Are There?
About 8 I think1. where can i get ncaa football 10 rosters with names? For the last two years I got mine from "Pastapadre". From what i can tell they are really pretty accurate. Give it a shot2. where can I watch NCAA football games for free?...?Try channelsurfing.net. They pick up a lot of justin.tv stuff, and they have loads of ncaa football games, free, no spam, etc. I watch all the time with no problems3. Can you download a team on NCAA Football 10's Team Builder using a flash drive? Why would you want to do that? Build your own team. Do not take the wussy way out.4. NCAA Football 13 Heisman Challenge 3 Player Pack? The exclusive Heisman Challenge 3-Player Pack including Mark Ingram, Tim Tebow and Matt Leinart. See if you can match the career accomplishments of these former Heisman trophy winners in the all new Heisman Challenge Mode. Its come with your ordered game copy5. What ncaa football team is your favorite one?Oklahoma SOONERS!6. I want to do a dynasty in NCAA Football 14 what team should I use (I want it to be a challenge like a weaker)?Vanderbilt, they are in a great conference and are already headed in the right direction as far as getting better and it will be a challenge because you will be in the SEC7. does ncaa football deserve a playoffs instead of bowl games being based off of BCS rankings?Whether or not the NCAA deserves a playoff does not matter. They do not want one so they do not have one. Frankly, the national championship playoff debate is a joke. This is something created by sportswriters and tolkshow hosts for the sole benefit of sportswriters and talkshow hosts. The NCAA does not recognize a national champion of the FBS so any discussion about who should or should not be the champion is pointless bloviating. Win your conference. Beat your rivals. Go to a bowl game. Those are the only things that matter in college football.8. What was determining the NCAA football title like in pre-BCS years?Hawaii, is not a very reliable team, yet might desire to win the Sugar Bowl in simple terms as surely as Georgia as a results of fact their offense constantly performs like its at the back of and it wears down the protection whilst they might desire to conceal the whole field. The unfold offense is the excellent offense in college soccer. It supplies much less gifted communities liek Hawaii and Illinois a gamble to beat far extra gifted communities. that's alsovery risky, that's why some exceptionally ranked communities dont run it. Hawaii surely did no longer deserve a identify shot in simple terms as a results of fact Boise State gained The Fiesta Bowl. Boise beat a BCS convention team who complete 10-4(Oregon State who beat USC and Hawaii in Hawaii) Hawaii has no high quality wins and does not deserve a NT shot. ending undefeated might desire to get you a BCS sport nevertheless9. NCAA Football 2009-What Defense to run online?Usually the defense package that comes with the team you are using as the best combo of players are on the field10. Which Championship/Playoff Picture needs more work....the NFL or NCAA Football?everybody keeps blaming the computers, but the computers are pretty much the only good part about the BCS, it only counts as 1/3 anyways. another 1/3 is coaches, former players, former athletic directors and people like that, the other third is the media. a lot of voters admitted to not even watching a utah game until they played alabama, how messed up is that. so lets put the blame where it really belongs, the stupid voters, who do not educate themselves about what or who they vote for11. could an NCAA football team beat a weak pro team?No-NCAA teams always have weak links and for the most part are BOYS.NFL teams have chosen the best of the best, and are MEN12. What teams rush the ball the most in ncaa football?its either navy or army one of them thats pretty much all they do13. What D1-AA teams are in NCAA Football 08?Usually they are. Just check out some of the SEC teams schedules. You find a lot of them there. Looks like the truth hurts down there!

As for the glass id simply call it a cocktail glass.— — — — — —What would make the bottom of my cocktail glass develop a fractured pattern like this?Your instincts are right -- this is indeed crystallisation. Your original cocktail was a solution of lots of non-volatile components (sugar, Splenda, citric acid from the lemon juice, and many many other things...) in some rather more volatile solvents (ethanol and water). Only a limited amount of any of the non-volatile compounds can dissolve in a given volume of solution. So as the volatile compounds evaporated, your solution gradually became saturated, then a little super-saturated, and then finally the non-volatile components started to crystallise out in the patterns you show.In general slow evaporation of a solvent is quite a common method of crystal growth, e. g. , for X-ray diffraction studies.— — — — — —OK, its the last day of mankind, and you can have one mixed drink/cocktail, what would it be?Tequilini Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz Casa Noble Tequila Crystal Few Drops of Dry Vermouth 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice Mixing instructions: Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass.— — — — — —how do you make a frozen bikini cocktail?well firstly buy a bikini freeze it and then add it to a cocktail glass and add required bverages which i dont know what they are— — — — — —Drink Recipe?'?????????There are a lot of them, any of these sound right?
